The Amarillo Museum of Art is pleased to announce the newest exhibition in the Price Gallery of Asian Art, Recent Loans and Promised Gifts, featuring twenty works from the exemplary collection of Dr. and Mrs. William T. Price, winners of the prestigious Achievements in Art Medal in 2005. Magnificent sculptures, busts and friezes from the 1st century through the 17th century will intrigue visitors as they explore the culture and religion of these ancient peoples from the Khmer Kingdom (802 – 1432) of Cambodia and the Gandhara Region of the Middle East.
